UpCountry, ongoing since 2019
UpCountry is an ongoing photographic exploration of Westwood Ho Farm, a former egg farm in northern New Jersey. Since September 2019, I have photographed the farm, its surrounding landscape, and the rhythms of daily life as they evolve over time. Through sustained observation of this familiar place, the work explores the relationships between human presence, animal life, and the landscape, considering how a sense of place is shaped by time, memory, and change.
